Cancellation Policy

At STS CNC Cutting Tools, we strive to provide the best service and flexibility to our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the terms and conditions for cancelling orders.

Order Cancellation Terms

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been shipped.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return request upon receiving the product, subject to our Return Policy.
• Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made CNC cutting tools are non-cancellable once production has begun. Please confirm all specifications before placing custom orders.
• Processing Fees: A processing fee of 5% of the order value may apply to cancellations made after 24 hours but before shipment, depending on the order status.

How to Cancel an Order

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges, if already incurred, are non-refundable.
